I have been baking Amish Frienship bread. It is made from a starter. Mine should have been baked yesterday but I ran out of flour and had to wait until today. It is very well fermented. Smells like hard liquor. I hate to waste it. Can I still bake it tonight?

Yes, it is supposed to smell fermented. I think that is what the waiting is all about.LOL
