Hibiscus tea is also a natural source of vitamin C. If I'm correct, Jamaica (pronounced Huh-my-kuh) is just hibiscus tea with milk and sweetener. With or without milk, drinking hibiscus tea regularly supports health. And kids love their herbal red tea (or pink water if you water it down).
You can get dried organic hibiscus blossoms in bulk or in tea bags at health food stores. You can also get hibiscus in any number of tea mixes. One better-known mix is called "Red Zinger". At least in the NW of the U.S., you can find that one everywhere.
