My father was Swedish and we always had cardamom cookies at Christmas.
This year I bought one cardamom plant which I have brought into the house for the winter.
I also tried starting seeds from the grocery store spice aisle, but none germinated.
I shall try those recipes over the holidays. Thank you, this article was very useful to me.
