You didn't mention the cress part so I looked it up and apparently it is quite edible either cooked or raw. I wonder if some are better than others.
At any rate, no potato would mind having a classy girl like this to admire next door, (sorry, the "You supply the caption" has me thinking of potatoes today.)

These are not edible cress...they are referred to as cress as they are related to them.
