I am looking for a product similar to Stampin' Up Crystal Effects or Sakura Crystal Lacquers. Anyone knows what product I can get at the local hobby store (Hobby Lobby, Michael's, JoAnn)? I am looking to use a large quantity of this product.

Thanks!

Would the Ranger Rock Candy line work for you?

I looked it up and could not tell what it is. I am looking for a medium that would give a bump texture but it dries clear so you can see the artwork underneath it. Does that makes sense. I know of a place that I can get it but it has to be ordered and it comes in a small qty. I need a large qty of it and prefers to buy it from a store. Worst case scenario, I'd have to order it, that's all.

Yes, there is a particular medium of Rock Candy where the name escapes me. It is a clear coating that dries, literally like rock candy where you can see through it, but portions are darker crystal (i.e. rock candy). It is a really cool technique, but to ensure it is along the lines of what you need, maybe a trip to your LSS would be worth considering since they can give you visual examples. Good luck, your project sounds really cool and fun!!!

Yes and it's beautiful too, good idea heavenly. When you apply it to a project, it gives it a clear epoxy look to it.
