Having spent half a life in USA, beginnings in the south, end in the north east, MA, NYC,
in the urban context, the memories are here. But as a tropical bird, still do not understand
how such a great percentage of the world population deals with the difficulties of the cold,
dark/gray weather conditions...Always longing for warmth...
I think that there is a genetic imperative to conquer the cold and so we cling to the cold places - and it gives us an easy outlet for the complaint button in our brains, always the weather to complain about.
