I have an HP laptop dv6433d at 32 bit with vista. I purchased an upgrade to win7. When I try to install it wouldn't let me, message I need sp1. I downloaded sp1 and installed. I get the message I don't have part of the program on my computer. Any suggestions...
Thanks

After hours of downloading upgrades, I finally got Win 7 installed. Really no problems after installation. I did find that it comes up with only the recycle bin. You have to install your programs again. Watch out for programs that you upgraded (i.e. Office) I had office installed but now I have to find the original program to install.
Thanks
