When I started reading his response, I thought it was great- then I was amused- then horrified. I think he went much too far, especially mentioning their certification and how to run a business. I think he initially made his point, but then he hammered it in with a sledge hammer! Maybe his bottom line is truly, "plus, I got a column out of it"
