We use 2 BCS walking tractors (a 14hp and a 10hp) with tiller boxes and a sickle bar mower attachments for tilling and weeding/mowing duties. We also have a wide varieties of hoes with the favorites being the scuffle hoe and the wheel hoe. We find a weed eater to indespensable (ours died this year and we were without for 2 weeks, won't do that again). We have several tank sprayers for fertilizers, watering and pesticides (yes organic farms do use pesticides). 2 are 1 gallon and 1 is a 4 gallon backpack sprayer.
We have 2 seeders (I believe they are planet Jr) that we put togther to do cover crops and use separately for row crops.
I don't know what we would do with out the potato fork-we use that for weeding, digging roots, turning dirt and compost and even cleaning out the chicken coop if we cannot find the 5 tined pitch fork.
We have a collection of shovels and spades. Minimally one would need at least 2 shovels
We have many kinds of rakes for raking beds smooth, raking leaves and grass and raking out the chicken coop.
We use row covers for season extension and weather/insect protection. We started out using liught weight ones but now use 4 different weights for different conditions.
I know I am leaving out some tools but these are the ones that have the most importance.
We do have a Ford 2000 tractor but it is out of order far more than it works. We have mostly used it for mowing but if it gets working again this fall we will use it to subsoil a couple of fields that need it.
So what do you all use to do your farm jobs? Anyone farming with horses?
