OK,the cold weather is here!I've been dreding it but I knew it was going to happen. So 3 days ago I started dragging in all my tropicals and house plants.I lost count at 151!!!My question is ,I have 6 brugs (hybids)I started from seed .They are about 2 foot tall right now.Would it be better if I cut them back or leave them alone.I'm not sure if they will root, the woody part is pretty far down at the bottom, but there is the white specks that I assume would put out the roots.I'll be taking cuttings of all the brugs as soon as they are done blooming. The unnamed white and what you guys thought might be a frosty pink are blooming along with versicolor peach. The Dr.Suess cutting that tiG sent me has buds now along with 3 others that I don't know what they are, plus my unnamed yellows are about to open. Also I have some unknown hybrid seeds, and some Aurea hybrid (it says Lot 78372b on the seed packet)There are about 15 seeds in that one .I know I can't grow them all to blooming size.( need a greenhouse)Should I start them now?Or wait.I have a seedpod starting on my versicolor peach that I crossed with my pink.Hope it stands the shock of comming in the house. The pod on the pink is huge. Since my Issabella, and other cuttings didn't bloom I'll be taking cuttings of them now.How do you guys keep track of what cutting is what?I was planning on rooting in water ,so do I use a different glass for each cutting?Or would masking tape wrapped around it work?
