Sharon--I just love reading your articles...they are so personal, yet so informative. I always learn something from your articles, for which I am very thankful. Your Aunt Bett must have been a very special lady. I am attempting to grow blood sorrel this year for the first time, so I really appreciated reading about this rare plant.

Hi 2goldens' Mom...(cute name, I love goldens)...

Thank you so much. I did enjoy my growing time in the mountains, but it has taken me years to realize all I learned. Aunt Bett was a quiet gentle woman, very knowledgeable, and I was fortunate to learn from her and from my grandmother. I think most of that knowledge is worth sharing.

Let me know how your blood sorrel does, it should be fine up there in Carmel.

Thanks again, it's great to hear from you.
