Living in an area where the soil pH is rather alkaline, since the bedrock here is limestone, I can't help but notice that many of the entries for plants that thrive here list pH ranges that don't include the pH range even for those species native here. What is the appropriate procedure to get these pH ranges amended? What about other fields?
Anytime you spot a plantfile that should be corrected (including expanding its hardiness zone, shade/sun tolerance, pH range, etc.) you'll find a red "report an error" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Click on that, and the system will insert a link to track back to that page (please be sure to leave that intact for our editors); just add your comment about what you believe should be changed, and any support you have for the correction.
