Some of my smaller Japanese Maples are getting started:
Shown first are two new ones, A. palmatum 'Japanese Sunrise' and 'Koto No Ito', both recent purchases.
Koto No Ito was the first to leaf out. It may have been pushed some by the nursery for an early March event.
I would be interested to know if it is an early riser for others.
