Hola, when I bought this Peony I knew nothing about it other than I loved the color. I still know nothing about the plant but still love the color. The first year it had one plant and one or 2 blossoms. Last year it had 2 or 3 plants and several blossoms and this year I think about 8 plants are growing. Most are still fairly small, but I guess they like where they are. The largest plant has the largest bud however it hasn't opened yet. xuling

The picture with the two flowers on my monitor shows a dark center. Is the center really dark or is it just my screen?

Very healthy looking plants.

Hola, I just went outside and peeked in order to double check. Indeed the very center growth is dark. My memory is that in previous years when fully opened the flowers had yellow -ish staymens (correct word?). But they are not showing yet. Xuling

What a gorgeous color!
May I ask where you purchased it?
Is this a two or three yr. old plant?

Here are some more pics of the Peony. I am sure that I purchased it on line, but cannot recall which nursery. And the name tag has disappeared so cannot gve it a name either. This is its 3d year. Xuling

It kind of looks like one of the Corals... It is a beauty no matter who it is. :)
