Hi Sharon, That was a very interesting read on lemon balm which I have not used but have looked at in the seed catalogue. I will have to try some lemon balm in my lemonade for a treat. I am always buying lemonade for myself because it is the only fruit juice that I drink most of the time. When visiting others they always put a slice of lemon in their drinking water which I also appreciated as a thirst quencher in the summer time. I am just about ready to plant my garden for this year so I will keep you posted on the progress.
