Hola amigos, This is the third and last thread of the infamous story of the Peony, that would be Ranunculus. I posted pics of Ranunculus blossoms, calling them Peonies, because they were growing out of the Peony clump and because they were the same color, to the best of my memory, as the Peony. That got straightened out eventually with egg on the Peony's face. The first pic is the not quite opened Ranunculus. You can see how close it is in color and how I easily got confused.
(Over everything but that is a different thread). Then since I am neurotic I am posting a whole bunch of pics of qll the Peony blossoms and other pics. I hope you enjoy. Xuling

I don't think these Peony pics are in any type of order.

It still looks like one of the Corals to me... No matter who it is, it is beautiful. :)

It is just stunning - I was looking at Corals on another site, and it does seem to be one. And yes, you take very good close up shots.

and it is just a little Point and Shoot. My good camera, Nikon D300, is off somewhere getting repaired. This little Nikon Coolpix S640 takes great Macro shots. I am really stunned by the quality. I will look through my old paper work and see if I can find the receipt for the Peony. Xuling
