Try a few inches of the leaf (around 6") cut up when you steep your tea - makes a very flavorful addition!

Actually I quite often have tea using only lemongrass, real good drink!

I bought a new lemon grass clump on Saturday and will be trying the tea for sure. Thanks for sharing!

Not only does it tastes good but it is also effective against colds, fever, coughing, asthma (usually associated with a couple other plants). It will also relieve headaches when they are related to digestion problems as it does have a digestive action and fights nervous vomiting.
