I was in my yard yesterday with a wildflower book trying to identify this exact plant. Well, I guess to me it is rather pretty, but then it isn't coming up in my garden spots...yet, anyway. Thank you for an interesting article!

I let these grow. they grow and disappear in a month or so early in the spring.
sort of nice plants. imho
