Question: Another lovely blue blossom can be enjoyed on the Blue Sky Vine; will these come back up if wintered over in a garage?

Probably, if you kept it watered a little. Looks as if we have lost ours in our unusual south Texas winter.
We saw a drop dead gorgeous one in LaFortuna, Costa Rica
