I picked up a flyer at the library. it states:
" Have too many of one perennial in your garden? Want to expand its variety without spending money? Bring your perennials and make a trade in the library park. Please bring all plants in containers labeled with plant's name and whether it prefers sun, shade or both. Questions? call 482-4110 ext 1385"
