Worms seem to be gone now that we've had lots of rain the past month, BUT the damage is done...one rose planted last year is almost totally stripped. I wasn't expecting this and wasn't watching for any problems...has not happened before. I finally found a couple of 1/2" green worms that I think must be the cause of this. What are they, and can I rest easy that they are gone now? Should I be concerned that these will emerge this time next year? I am just north of Atlanta, GA.
