I really enjoyed your article! I'm sure I'll pull it up again when we get around to planting our asparagus bed! The planting pictures in particular were helpful!

Oh, you should have included that in the article! Great picture! I liked seeing it ferning, too. This sounds silly, but I've never seen an asparagus plant at the stage that you harvest it. I didn't know if it had leaves or other foliage or what! Funny to see the bare little stalks coming up. My MIL used to have a patch of mixed asparagus and strawberries, but I never saw it in the spring at harvesting time.

Now, to talk DH into a raised bed for it. . . Wish me luck!
