Just gorgeous. It looks so much like a Cleo...but I love the name. Are all the blooms like that? Sort of half and half

And maybe ya'll can help me with this one... I have Red Leaf Striped Ginger (Canna as I've been told), and there is a flower stalk that has come up under the leaves this year, beautiful to no end... but is it part of the Red Leaf or is a plant that I planted and forgot about a few years back...~LOL~
