Welcome to the Raise My Baby Swap 2010
Yes, this is the 3rd year and we are all looking forward to new adoptees.
Babies are anticipating new mamas. Whether they'll get to their new homes by carriages or storks, let's hope their journeys are made comfortable.
Please be fair: send a baby that shows potential growth and a chance for survival, hence not a mere seedling.
NO adult plant please. It's okay to send a companion plant, so the baby won't be alone.
Again, I stress, no cacti, venus fly traps nor any artificial plants!
Make sure your baby's hydrated during the journey.
I recommend strongly you use prority mail and if you can, delivery confirmation, as well.
So no mamas can accuse you of sabotage if the baby didn't get to the right address ;)
Please post picture of your baby and let us know how she/he is doing. If you have any valuable tips on how to raise a perfect baby, please share.
Naming the baby will be the new mama's privelige.
Have FUN.. let the baby parade begin!!

♥RAISE MY BABY Swap III ♥ The Parade! Rm: 4
:o( I want to be a new mama...... oh! Maybe Taters has my name!
Paula, how's Gracie doing? Has she hydrate enough to recover?
Maid M... under the house???? Poor kids!! Are you sure their antics last night are not caused by that ruffian that's still hanging around your house? The one that tries to sway Lingernot... (if that's the gnome's name..)
Don't think I approve of chains Charleen. There should be less violent ways to keep your kids in check.
I'll give it till tomorrow Cookie, and then I'll start reminding those that haven't sent out yet.
Maybe these mamas have to sent agents out at other orphanages?
Now that you mentioned it Jaye, that might be who was causing all the trouble last night. Guess I should go get the babes and have a chat with them. LOL Humm, now I am thinking maybe it has been the ruffian gnome that lurks around here that has dug up my plants. I am sure the squirrels would never, ever do that!!!
Aha!!! That gnome's also responsible fo those flying limbs you see on your grounds lately!! What was he thinking.. building a raft for just in case?
Maid M.. the judge offers to help you get rid of your squirrels. She's pretty good with a sling shot!
Send her down ASAP!!!! ......and to think I was feeling sorry for them and feeding them. Teach me, won't it.
On second thoughts that might be a bad idea. You might try to persuade her to judge in your favor. :(
Sorry Maid M.. she's sorry too!
Me? Do that? Why Jaye, I can't imagine you would think I would stoop to such a thing!! LOL Now when is she coming with her slingshot, I have the peach ice cream ready.
Baby Fox and Delph are now in their new beds. Let's hope they survived the transplant. They were looking a little sad this morn.
Oh no, you got to give them lots of TLC, so they can be happy in thier new home!
I did LK, they are in the Butterfly Garden. Gave them a good drink of MG as that is all i have at the moment.
DC# confirmed that the Stork has deliver another baby ^_^ ^_^ ^_^ Hope her new mommy happy with him/her.........................
That stork must have insisted the babies get in safe hands, Kris. You know how kids are when they start tearing up into a box!!
Goodness Kris, I thought you guys just got over the crud? Hope he is feeling better soon.
I hunted and hunted for a smaller plant. That was the best I could do. So yea you have a good head start on all of us, lol.
I have a red Clematis , named that. Lost the labelsbut they get very pretty. remembe Cool feet and long legs, cause it will grow. Keep her toenail cool, Elf...
Oh, she is so pretty! Is she red, or pink? She looks pink in the pictures.
Little Red Mandy is awesome. Geez I hope Niobe catches up, not that I want you to win or anything like that, ya know :)
No baby here either, so it's going to be another enjoyable whine free week-end without a screaming brat. My hat's off to the rest of you new Mommies that are losing sleep and bottle feeding all hours of the day and night.
Edited to say: My sweet adopted octuplets are doing great and had a nice long drink this afternoon.

HELP....SOS....CALL THE DOCTOR, HELP! Ok I sent Patty to swimming lessons in hopes she would survive the down pours and the 40+ degree weather, I even talked to her and told her in advance we were going from 60 to 90 degree weather in a day with gusts of wind up to 30 miles an hour, I protected her but she is not cooperating at all! So any Mom's wanna help, I knew at an early age I wasn't cut out to be a Mom but dang! HELP...HELP...is liquor the answer....sorry it's Sunday!
Wow, jordankitty that is nicer than the car I drive......congrats, you will love it!
patty should be fine. mine look worse than that after we got over 6 inches of rain and high winds, thurs. nite and friday.
give her a little brandy she will be a-ok
Joyce, don't worry, she'll bounce back. She's just living up to her name.. pouty patty....When that 90 degrees and sunshine get there, she'll be happy to stand up and play...
Do I see a tattoo on your chest? What do you have?
Elf, how unfair of Ralph not to rent a semi to bring home all those treasures you were finding! LOL and a crane to lift them with.
Oh JoyceT, you give me hope......maybe she will get happy. Course the 90 degrees was yesterday, the pic was today, cloudy gonna rain again but at least 80. Gonna go give Patty another shot....
Robyn....was that picture of the Contessa your baby from last year?
Cool turtle, Elfie. Wonder what patterns you could cut with a welding torch? I can bribe an extra shield and pair of gloves from hubby if you need them.....ROFL!
Well, finally I am getting a little break so I can post the latest with my baby. It has been a rough, I do mean rough 36 hours and I am not sure we have passed the crisis yet. Baby is back in the neo natal unit with digestive system problems. Kim is helping me by taking turns staying with her. We have a very good specialist, Dr. I. Ken Helpa, assisting with her problems. Dr. Helpa tell us she is suffering from IRS (insufficient root syndrome). I will post pictures as soon as I can but at the moment cameras aren't allowed in the intensive care nursery.
Oh My Marion...we will all be praying for your baby, and so proud that you were able to get Dr. I Ken Helpa to consult....you're so lucky....
Took alot of searching to find him too! Still won't let me take pictures in the unit but soon...............nothing worse to look at than a tall, skinny, bald headed baby!
Goodness Little Red Mandy is as tall as Goober!!
Well Cindy.. you're being kind as to make sure Goober has a good chance, eh?
Cookie, that was Robin's first baby. If you recall how Contessa was the most regal one in the first RMB swap. She's becoming more of a queen than a Countess!!
Sis Kathy.. you're being mean!!!! Geaux Tigers!!!
That's a nice toy, though. Michael, spoil my sister more!! I love you for it.
Jax, please come out.. I'm so sorry if I have hurt your feelings. You know I love you.
Errr.. Joyce.... another shot of what??? Please clarify???? For Pouty Patty??
Are you sure Dr. I Ken Helpa is the best? Have you checked his credentials Maid M. You know there are many just grab your money and give the wrong diagnosis!
Yes, I worry over ALL kids!!
Ladies, I've dmailed those that haven't sent out and waiting on answers.
If you've mailed out and haven't got any notice from your buddy, please dmail me dc # or let me know. Or if your baby's in transit, let me know too.
I hope my reputation as a hostess will ease your fears if you're worried whether you'll be getting your baby.
One way or another, you'll get yours.
Kel's cousin just got this tat done..Kris, I don't think you'd do this?? The pain....
Oh my, now that you mentioned it Jaye, I didn't check his credentials to much, he was so handy and we were in trouble. I am just hoping her digestive system is improving with the treatment!!!
Ouch is all I can say about the tattoo. Pretty colors but I am not into inflecting pain on my self and certainly no snake/serpent ...LOL
That is a nice tattoo. Not one I would get, but the art work, and coloring is very nice!
Oh, me and pouty patty just cringe thinking of needles for any reason, couldn't do it, I almost pass out and sometimes do when they take my blood or anyones blood. Almost passed out once when I walked into my nephews hospital room and they had a blood bag hanging.......had to leave and come back....no needles here...... ewww, maybe if I threaten pouty patty with a shot she would perk up......I'm not telling what kind of shot....
Maid M., I do hope Dr. Helpa is authentic.. if not, than I'm afraid you'll be contacting Bonne Voyage for funeral arrangements.
LK, I used to think I may be able to handle the pain of a small lotus.. I chicken out!
Joyce, I hope you have fairly good weather there. If Patty's here, she'd be cringing more for sure, as we're heading for endless rain....
I think that is why our plant sale was such a hit this year. We have had so many cloudy cold days, that everyone and their dog was out in the sunshine which was great until about 1:30, windy, 85 degrees on a black asphalt driveway....LOL Hope your rain leaves by the weekend heavenscape.
