    just "Google" whirllygig patterns, the net is full of them.

    Hay Ziggy, I don't know of any free, goggle free plans, maybe you could find some.
    Or design your own, then you could sell the plans or give them free.
    Set the wings or prop at 30 to 45 degrees and hook the moving images to it, close hanger wire works great.

    Try your local library. Ours has several books on wooden toys, whirley gigs, etc.
