This plant irritates me greatly. I'm fond of scented plants and so I've tried seeds from different suppliers and grown them in different situations - in the ground, in containers, sweet soil, regular soil, sun, dappled light etc ...

Hello, Ishtar64!
I, too, cannot smell Reseda. I have found that I am unable to smell many scents that others find heavenly. Ylang, also. I grow this in Hawaii, and although I love the perfume made from the flowers, the scent of the actual flower eludes me, while others rave! I think we have a genetic quirk! Stephanie
