Your pictures are just perfect! I could hardly wait to see Sunshine Girl in her crocus lawn. She is such a blessing to all of us who have prayed and rejoiced over the whole process of how she came into your life. She has brought JOY to so many of us!

Beautiful article. It really illustrates the heart of Dave's Garden: people who care deeply about each other!

You're right, Cathy! In some ways, it's hard to believe she's already 9 months old... in other ways, it seems like she was surely part of our family forever, as we can't imagine being two rather than three. She's growing and learning every day, and it's such fun to watch!

Jill, thanks! I think I'll manage to make DH let me plant some crocus bulbs in HIS lawn for HIS grandson!LOL
Next spring I might take some pics with Nicholas between the crocuses!

Jill, Grandma started to forget...I just realized I 've planted the crocus in another place, not in the lawn ...arrgghhhh!

If you want to move them, mark where they are blooming... they are harder to find later than you'd think, because when the foliage dies back it just looks like nothing (and it's better to wait until they've died back before moving them, for best growth & flowering next year).
