I have added to my garden a new variety, purchased from a NH greenouse. It looks exactly like the blue variety, but the blossoms are creamy yellow. Does anyone know anything about this plant? If I plant the seeds from this plant, will those seedlings also produce yellow flowers? Are there any other colors and hardy in Maine available ?
    Thank you!

There's a white babtisia, that's the only other color I'm aware of. Your "yellow" one might be an offshoot of the white. As for the seeds coming true to type, only if its parent is an heirloom.
