I got a box last night late, yes I did and it had a beautiful fragrant tea olive and it is in beautiful shape.
This is what it says about it, apricot-scented blossoms are produced in all seasons of the year, the main bloom comes in spring and fall. In autumn, winter, and early spring white flowers cover the plant. Although the blooms are tiny, they are able to fragrance the whole yard... I can't wait!

It is a beautiful plant and something I had never heard of.

Great partner, great plant.

I got mine yesterday and what fun!! I got a wonderful box of cuttings of tropicals and also some were rooted plants. Got everything planted and situated today. So exciting, just like Christmas, opening each one. Loved them all.

Will take a picture and post tomorrow. Thanks to a great partner. Would like to post the name but didn't see where anyone else was so better not. But they know who they are. LOL

Ok, here is a picture of the gorgeous healthy plants that I received. I hope I can remember all of them:

Variegated hibiscus
ginger, costus
Cryphtanthus (earth star)
Pink Princess Philodendron
Norgelia "Fireball"
Large leafed white philodendron (my description. you can see it)
Arrow leafed philodendron
Another variegated philodendron

Maybe after I see the picture again I can pick out the rest. They are all great plants. All but 2 are rooted plants.

No, it wouldn't enlarge for me. Oh well. You can see how nice they are. Thanks for a great swap.

I hope what I ordered on the 14th is already shipped from Almost Eden. I was taken to the emergency room Tues the 8th at Midnight and stayed in until the evening of the 13th. I am sorry buddy I did not get it ordered sooner.

The one item I sent I had till the freeze this winter killed it. It was over 9 feet tall and gorgeous. I really miss it but know you will just love it. I had mine in morning sun and afternoon shade and when it started blooming it did not quit till it got cold. Was hoping it would come back but it did not. :o(

Dog gone it I tried so hard not to forget anything and yes I found the wonderful seeds. Darn now I miss placed them. Will be back as soon as I find them *Blushing*

I was taken to the emergency room last Tuesday the 8th had inflamed liver and pancreas. There was a lg stone in the duct where the pancreas, liver and gall bladder empty causing a lot of problems. They got the inflammation down then they removed the stone doing the blocking Friday and the Gall bladder was removed Saturday. I came home on Sunday finally.

Thanks Chell but it wasn't fun but so necessary. I had called a surgeon on Tues and they were going to be out for a month. I told them I will call my doctor and we will find another one as I could not wait a month. :) Well at midnight I found out just how right I was about waiting. I am glad it is over and great I did not have a lot of time to think about it/. Now to get the staples out on around the 28th. My medical doctor says I am doing good and did some blood work today.

Darn my package won't ship till Monday but I would not change what I am sending. Sorry again Buddy.

Just wanted to post a picture of my green treasures from my very generous Swap buddy. As you can see, all the plants were carefully packed for shipping as they are already thriving in their new pots. I was really excited to receive a new ZZ plant as I lost mine a couple winters ago AND my friend also sent a Calocasia Coffee Cups, which has been on my wish list for a couple seasons. I was also really touched that my swap friend shared 2 Birdnest Anthuriums grown from seed that were collected on a trip to Mexico. It is always great to have plants with a story behind them. Thanks again for a superb swap!

Well after much searching I have finally found the perfect, very, very late plant to send to my partner. Just please remember I will be shipping it out after July 15th due to the problems here. I also have other plants here just waiting for the last one to arrive.

I leave soon to go to my parents house in Nevada, I have learned that my father will be going in to replace the battery for his pacemaker on Monday and I will be there on Tuesday. So I am hoping he will be ok when I get there and that I will be able to have this last good visit with him. I will not be able to go back again for a long time and with his failing health this will probley be the last time I will ever see him.

Huggs to all
