I have a head planter kit that I've have for a couple of years and I'm ready to try it out. Does anyone have any suggestions or detailed information on what to look out for when making my first one? I don't want to mess it up, if I do, I may not want to try it again.

Can you post a picture of it? Check out the Proven Winner website. It has this beautiful new variety of white alyssum in it that would probably look good in it. KATG in Port Charlotte, Fla. has some type of succent in hers. Having a Sr. Moment now but will think of name of plant she uses and get back to you.

KATG probably can give you some resources for a lot of nice ceramic pots. if you look at her pictures of her containers..you'll see some beauties. She sells those Head figures I think. She is really a very creative lady! I would think Florida would have a lot of great sources for decorative flower pots.
