Toni,

Most folks that are moving or flipping a house put such time, money, effort into the curb appeal they forget about folks just might have their own ideas for those spaces them plants are occupying. Trimming back overgrown bushes, undergrowth, and overcrowded areas is always better than planning or replanting a yard . Let the New buyer do that .
