Tropical Zone Gardening: Are these a different variety of orange jasmine?

They were just planted along the winding rustic stairway on a sloping mountain terrain to serve as some sort of a hedge. But after the severe el nino heat in my country and when the rains started pouring, they bloomed and produced these tiny yellow flowers that have such an alluring fragrance. The leaves are similar to orange jasmine,. Are they a different variety of orange jasmine?

Would appreciate plant ID.
