Looks like something ppl call a jackaronda(not sure of the spelling ) grows well in tropical climates , considered to be an invasive species, but beautiful and flowers smell awesome...can also be messy when they drop.Related to the "Mimosa Tree".
It's a redbud. Gorgeous for a short time, then pretty heart-shaped large leaves - some varieties have green leaves, others have almost burgundy. Had one of those, gorgeous!
