Organic Gardening: cucumber beetles

We are having problems with cucumber beetles. Any suggestions on how to handle these?

A couple of organic gardening books recommed Kaolin clay and applying parasitic nematodes to the soil. Anyone use either of these products and what are the pros/cons?
