I have had a raspberry pink Hibiscus for over 8 or 9 years and in this Zone 4/5 it comes back each year faithfully. The only thing is that when you cut it off in fall, leave a short stem so it is easy to find next spring so it doesn't get dug up. It is truly beautiful--bigger that dinner plate blooms.
