Has anyone grown or know of the big leaf-big flower known as hog weed ??

It is possible you are referring to Cow Parsnip known as Heracleum Gigantium. This is a tall plant with huge leaves and very larage white flowers resembling a super HUGE Queen Ann's Lace.

Ah yes, Mantegazzanium Heracleum (HE17); one of the few scourges of the plant world!

I purchased some of that, but upon researching it, decided I did not need that liability in my garden. It turns out this plant exhudes droplets that can cause 2nd degree burns to the skin when exposed to sunlight. I destroyed the plant ASAP by burning it.
