Tomatoes: Your top 1-3 hints for growing tomatoes?

I just bought and planted 2 'Celebrity' tomato plants. I hope I have enough blooms/insects to cross-pol. They are in pots, and I water 2x day in our near-100 degree heat. Suggestions?
