Great article. I have grown the purple for several years and love it, I got my start at a plant fair. The Ability Garden was sharing seed. As a special education teacher I'm always looking for something my students can do also. This one is easy. Actually had one to overwinter in my "lightly heated" greenhouse in a hanging basket this past winter! AND it is producing seed now!! I will gladly trade purple seeds for white.
