By coincidence, tonight I tasted my own organically-grown Malabar spinach for the first
time. I sauteed it with garlic and used it on pasta with a generous dollop of ricotta cheese.
Even though I started the seeds later than I should have (in zone 7), today's harvest was
enough for myself & partner; and I had enough left to share with my two gardeners.
