This is a beautiful climber, and I'm partial to climbers anyway. I'm not a picky eater and could probably get used to eating it; but I have to say that spinach is not what I think of when I taste it! To me, it's more bitter than spinach (a favorite of mine) and has a much fleshier texture. I still let a few come up each year and ramble up some holly bushes. Occasionally I decide to throw a few leaves into a "gamier" kind of salad (along with a few nasturtium leaves and flowers).
