I bought Lucifer, Davidson, and another kind from various sources (red, yellow, orange). The only one that did well was the yellow one. They are in the best spot possible.

When it comes to bulbs in general, I try to stay away from the bargan or bulk priced bulbs because I've found them to be undersized and less likely to flower the first year or some fail to return the following year.

When I catalog shop, the corm size is sometimes given. What size corm do you recommend to ensure success? How many years will it take a new corm to produce a flower?
