The leaves are also wonderful for lining a plate or tray, especially for a garden party. Just rinse the leaves well in warm water and pat them dry. They stay fresh for ages. Bruschetta, little sandwiches, crudites, fruit & cheese ... almost any kind of hors de'ouvres ... look great on the shiny green Fatsia leaves.
