    Thanks, Marie, for the wonderful article. I have wanted for a long time to plant some fatsias under my walnut tree, but I can't find anyone who knows whether or not they would survive the juglone that the tree exudes. Do you know? The plants are so expensive I had not wanted to experiment, but now that I know they can be easily rooted I just might give it a try. Jonnie
