I haven't bought from them but I feel they are a reputable company. This looks like a great deal especially if you are trying to build a stash.

Good morning everyone. Atleast I think it is still morning. Thunder, I wish I hadn't opened the above link!!!! Might have gotten myself in trouble--maybe. Seriously, I wasn't familiar with that shop but loved what I saw.

Oh, I thought maybe you had found some others... I was cleaning/sorting mine this week and found a pile of stash stuff I had bought and bagged, but couldn't find earlier! (guess that shows how crazy my sewing room was before I straightened up all the project piles.. LOL)

Yes you did save me some money Thunder. How are you doing? Have missed chatting with you very much.

I did order some jelly rolls as I most likely will be spending the middle of January to the middle of February down in Arcadia. The plans at the moment, subject to change as can be expected. How much does Malena weigh now--or what size is she. I found something she just HAS to have!!! LOL

Ya know I am not sure of weight, or height ...I will have to send an e-mail to DIL and ask ! I do know they said they had to buy bigger sizes to be "long" enough !!! she is tall. I will get back to you as soon as I get an answer...I bought her a few long sleeve t-shirts, one is 24 months, other one said 2T look to be same size, I am hoping they will fit based on the most recent pictures I have received...

I am doing good, Miss you much...Arcadia?? is that where your sister is?

Will be awaiting size info. LOL

Yes, my sister lives 10 miles south east of Arcadia but the care facility where Mom is is located in Port Charlotte. So each time we go visit Mom it is a drive of 80 miles round trip. That actually is the most tiring part--the drive. I briefly got to see my 2 girls yesterday for lunch. They are in Tampa this weekend visiting their other Aunt.

Funny thing Thunder, when I was a child growing up, Port Charlotte was all Florida scrub land and my dad have it under contract to use as a place to train bird dogs for the wealthy men that would come south for the hunting. Spent many a day, week driving over that land and camping. Seems such a short time ago and now look at it!!

Yes, I hear they do to, but all meetings are during times I am sleeping or working...and It is my understanding that you MUST live in the villages to be able to join...You may attend a meeting as a guest of a villager, but can not join. I used to work with a lady who was a member of two different ones.

Marion, 24 pounds. 33 inches. she wears some 18 months, some 24 mnths, a few 2t, and a few 3t. depending on maker. why can't they all just make sizes the same????

Pam, I remember fields of cows and buffalo...now houses, and shopping centers :(
I too would love to own a quilt shop around here somewhere...there are a few "sewing centers" sell machines, and a little fabric. The few LQS that I have knowledge of, are very small, have very little inventory. and I would say "not very friendly". If you are not "in with their little clique" your not welcome 'round here!!!
the one that I liked the best, a bit more than an hour away...just closed.. no warning, there one day gone the next...well actually a week, but anyways...wow! I was surprised.
