My blender has a polycarbonate jar. Will it retain the flavor of the habaneros? I'd hate to make all my future smoothies and shakes carry an unexpected flavor punch.

I use my food processor (hard plastic working bowl) and haven't noticed a problem. Just be reaaaally careful when you open the lid of the blender! I mince these with my stovetop hood running on high.
