Thanks all! I just realized my photo had been featured here. =)
This particular rose is planted at the National Display Garden over at Burden Center Research Station, Louisiana State University. The display garden is open to the public most days until 4:30 pm, located at the corner of I-10 and Essen Lane here in Baton Rouge. There are also many other types of plants displayed, as well as an interactive Rural Life Museum, walking trails, and many other hands-on learning opportunities. I encourage anyone who drives through this area to check it out!

TIP: Spring (mid-March until mid-May) and Fall (October until late November) are the absolute MOST beautiful times to visit the rose garden.
