    Thanks! They may not make it through your winters--where I am now I've never had one come back for me, but at my old house which was just a little bit warmer in the winter (9b instead of 9a) they usually survived the winter. They seem to do fine with summer heat, although ours isn't as bad as yours.

    I think they're worth trying--they're pretty and bloom all summer long, and around here they're usually pretty cheap in the small pots at the nurseries so even if they don't make it through the winter I still enjoy them.
