    I'm afraid not. We glean the internet for interesting tidbits of trivia that may interest gardeners, but sometimes the information is not as complete as we'd like.

    I have a feeling it was probably a Ponderosa lemon but one never knows.

    My hunch would be Etrog Citron (Citrus medica var. Etrog). They can reach enormous sizes.
