Cable Braid Scarf

Lafayette, NJ(Zone 6a)

I haven't knitted a cable in about 30 years. Just recently I wanted to make a simple cable scarf. I was lucky to find this pattern. I love how it turned out. I wore it to work and a co-worker bought it from me.

Thank you. I found the pattern on Ravelry which is where I have found most patterns lately. I have found that doing an advanced search on ravelry is the best. I also like to search the yarn I am using to see projects that have been done. Gives me an idea how it will look up knitted. This one was fun with large needles and yarn.

This one is from a blog. http://stitchdcblog.blogspot.com/2008/09/cabled-scarf.html

Oops that is not the right pattern - do you think I have too many files called cable scarf?

This is the ravelry link for Cable Braid Scarf posted by Sara Marie Brink. I am sure you have to be logged onto ravelry
