Really appreciate knowing the names of the vegetables. I frequent a large Asian grocery for many items not found in the usual grocery and don't know what many of the vegs are as they don't have english labels only Vietnamese or Chinese. I will be more adventuresome now with the vegs. Will start growing them as well. Plenty of garlic and fresh ginger always goes well with any Asian dish.
